Job Summary

Mission Of The Role : This role is meant to implement large scale preventive health-based programs across thousands of students Pan India in urban and rural settings. The applicant should have deep knowledge and previous experience of deploying on ground public health programs and managing a Team. The role will additionally involve monitoring and evaluation of the Program and interaction with key stakeholders. Prior experience with managing and deploying health services based programs and education-based programs is preferred. This role directly reports to the CEO. Roles and Responsibilities : Run Quality health programs from pan India within the Timeline with proper cost-effectiveness, workload dissemination, and maximum efficiency : Ensure successful delivery of strategic priorities and objectives for the HealthcareProgramme; Execute CARE Program as per the deliverables and timeline in all Schools associated with Healthcare Program Lead the national coordination of the Healthcare programme and oversee the budget; Report weekly, monthly and quarterly progress to CEO's Office Maintain the highest Quality of Training and Execution. Create efficiency through SOPs. Manage a Quality Team. Represent Health services programs amongst Government authorities, stakeholders, and business development. Accelerate equitable uptake and coverage of Health programmes: Oversee Operational Processes including all outsourced vendors. Fulfill TAT Targets and Requirements. Fulfill Program Targets such as detection and treatment of health conditions. Give strategic input to tender applications and reviews; Liaison with governments and respected authorities. Continue strengthening of Healthcare programme: Review implementation tools Per School Execution Costing To Be Within Limit Review and adapt programmatic application guidelines for 2020; Team Utilisation Through The Year Provide strategic input to market-shaping strategies, operational and strategic demand forecasts; Develop an adapted health program design to effectively allocate Healthcare services. Take care of all operational requirements of the business which include: Regular reports on health programme roll-out status against plan for key governance meetings (e.g. Programme Policy Committee and Board) and on request by specific stakeholders when required; Ensure that health assessment processes accommodate specifications of the programme (reporting, policy making, grant management, performance framework, investment strategies); Support Advocacy, Resource Mobilisation (RM) and Communications on ad-hoc questions regarding Health programmes safety, media releases, documents review; Deliver weekly and monthly updates of programme progress to stakeholders; Oversee programme tracking and shared archive with partners; Implementing The School Health Program in schools Pan India including medical checkups and health sessions. Liaoning with Hospitals and Doctors Pan India for Business Development and Coordination. Executing strategic tie ups and further product plans Pan India. Managing and Coordinating with Pan India Operational Teams on ground. Reporting and Business Analysis of The Vertical. Training and Quality Assessment of Nationwide Operational team. Interacting with Schools for Business Development and Coordination. Establish SOPs and quality assurance processes. Training as per decided standards of the Team. Minimal On ground Escalations and handling of queries. Assessment set up as per specifications. Preferably into health in personal life. Ability to have effective two-way communication with the management and development team. Should be flexible working with small teams.
