Job Summary
  • Contact potential prospects over phone, email and LinkedIn after researching the company and the right stakeholders.
  • Ask the right questions to understand customer challenges..
  • Fixing appointments through warm calling. Drive conversations with prospects that are relevant to their challenges and position how you can show ways to solve them.
  • Maintaining customer records by updating account information on a periodic basis.
  • Communicating courteously with prospects over phone, email, LinkedIn etc.
  • Keep records of calls, conversations and capture information for the next follow up
  • Work on CRM tools like HubSpot/Agile CRM/Eloqua
  • You will be a multi-tasker who can manage campaigns for multiple clients and cater to their needs
  • Meet daily, weekly and monthly lead generation targets
  • Maintain a daily log and report
  • Analyze and suggest channels that work

Salary : CTC: 15,000-20,000 per month + incentives
Qualification :
  • You should be a passionate and aggressive salesperson.
  • Understanding of various industries and relate to how technology can solve problems for them
  • Ability to learn quickly about clients products and services and describe/explain them to prospects in a consultative manner
  • Impeccable communication (English) and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and ability to handle rejection
  • Ability to resolve issues and address complaints
