Job Summary
Client Servicing Executive is responsible to support the Business Development team in servicing accounts. Client Servicing Executive is often the primary point of contact for clients and ensures client satisfaction with the organization's product or service.
Responsibilities and Duties
Seek, process and execute client requests and product orders
Answer queries regarding product/ services, processes and if required direct them to the business development executive/ manager
Assist clients to use the services and keep them updated about the progress of the same.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of services
Maintain trackers, reports for client interaction, service usage
Weekly updates for outstanding payments
Collect feedback and resolve client complaints

Requirements
Qualification- Graduate
Experience: 1 - 3 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)
