• work with the leaders to frame the requirements as they build their teams to scale impact

• readiness for the sector both in terms of compensation and intent(all senior roles at The/Nudge come with a significant pay cut)

• atleast 10+ years of work experience and no more than 15 years

• enjoys chaos and fast paced startup environment
