Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) to increase revenue, market share and profitability within the product space. You will be responsible for preparing and implementing business plans in support of achieving product line objectives. You will work directly with sales, marketing, channel partners and customers to expand our presence in the market. ResponsibilitiesPromote BizGo products and solutions throughout the assigned territory, including but not limited to product seminars, sales and customer presentations. Assist in product releases. Identify all product applications and opportunities that BizGo has to offer in the assigned territory. Conduct opportunity assessment to identify the most promising programmes and ensure optimal return on resources. Build a pipeline of programmes and capitalise on opportunities to ensure revenue and profit growth. Keep the business unit informed of trends, opportunities and needs within the assigned territory and relevant markets. Research and analyse competitive position, market trends and technological needs of the assigned territory. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote new and existing products. Coordinate with other areas of the organisation to provide technical, operational and service support.Identify new product opportunities and support the development of these products.Maintain a high level of product, industry and market knowledge. Prepare reports and track the progress of performance goals, forecast business demand, identify new opportunities and implement programmes.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelors degree preferred2+ years customer support/sales/marketing/business development experience (SaaS SME Accounting product experience would be an advantage)Understand basic business processesStrong communication skillsBilingual in English and HindiIndependent, able to plan, prioritise and self-monitor workloadAble to understand and convey business operational details to SMEsStrong team work and interpersonal skills to effectively work with co-workers and external parties Knowledge or experience with competitive products would be a bonus (SAP B1, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Tally, QuickBooks Online, Zoho, etc.) Majority of the time will be spent liaising directly with customers at their premises
