Profile: Sales Manager - Agency Purpose: To achieve the budgeted sales target for the agency vertical at the Office level

Minimum Requirements

Responsibilities:o Ensure familiarization of the companys products, policies and sales processes to the agents o Identify, communicate and agree on the premium targets with agents on various class of business & geographical segments o Maximize mobilization through regular follow-ups & strengthening of relationships with agents o Balance agents portfolio within various classes of business and ensure channel profitabilityo Ensure constant updation of agents knowledge on new products of RGICL and underwriting policies o Ensure lower dormancy ratio of active Vs total agents o Troubleshooting with :- o Underwriting team for policy approval o Service Centre operations team for policy issuance o Service Centre claims team for claims settlement o Finance team for timely disbursement of agents commission o Recruiting new IRDA agents o Control on Cover Note recon and Cheque bouncing o Constant co-ordination with- o Underwriting team for policy approval. o Office operations team for policy issuanceo Service Centre claims team for claims settlement.
