Position: SAP consultant

Skill: ISU CRM, IC-web configuration, Navigation Bar Profile creation, Business Roles creation, Number range configuration

Location: Noida

Experience: 5+ (Relevant Years: 5+ Years in ISU CRM)

Notice period: Immediate to 60 Days (Serving Notice period acceptable)

JD

1. Should have around 5+ Year experience in SAP CRM-ISU landscape Implementation and support projects

2. Knowledge of Utility Business Processes and basic ISU functionalities

3. Good understanding on Integration to other SAP and Non-SAP systems

4. Knowledge of Contract management, Mov-in-Move-out, disconnection, reconnection processes

5. Experience of IC-web configuration, Navigation Bar Profile creation, Business Roles creation, Number range configuration etc.

6. Knowledge of Middleware configuration, replication, MDT Product configuration etc.

7. Understanding of middleware/integration with other ISU modules ex. FICA, Billing, IDEX etc.

8. Debugging skill and troubleshooting approach for investigating the issues

9. Should have knowledge of CRM and ISU major tables and should be able to prepare Functional specifications, Business Process document etc.

10. Should have Good communication skills and experience of different type of client interaction ex. Requirement gathering, process designing etc.

11. Should be able to handle issues independently and providing solutions over raised issues as per client expectations and timelines

12. Should having inter team skills and be able to work with coordination and support
