Job Summary Years of Experience: 4-5 years
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with client team to understand the client business strategy & plans requirement
  • Deep understanding of digital eco system for mobile & web-based campaigns
  • Serve as a resource for the organisation with respect to translation of client requirements for implementation on various digital initiatives including specific campaign plans
  • Ensure accurate and timely client delivery through the development process from initial concepts research, artwork creation, documentation, implementation inclusive of running the campaigns on various digital platforms within the required timeline
  • Effectively position the company's service offerings with a focus on consistent client retention
  • Understand and prepare creative / media briefs and submit well in time
  • Participate in new business pitches
  • Manage & onboard media publishers
  • Maintain status reports to ensure efficient workflow to meet deadlines and write reports of key meetings
  • Lead and manage the budget and client billing process
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's / Master s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Demonstrates understanding of media basics and concepts
  • Minimum 4-5 Years in client servicing
  • Proven analytical, planning, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, able to take feedback and input from others, while maintaining focus and drive on core objectives
  • Strong understanding of Key Platform Capabilities (E.G. Google, Facebook, OTT, Ecom)
  • Understanding of biddable & non biddable platforms
  • Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc)
