Marketing Specialist Job in Thinksys Inc

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to help us in our overall marketing efforts with an objective to increase brand awareness. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to brand promotion.The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies and managing marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, broadcast platforms to build the credibility of the brand and to ensure that services meet customers expectations.
• Work with creative teams developing creative briefs and media plans for campaigns.
• Analyze the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports.
• Supervise advertising and other forms of marketing across channels (digital including social, offline, email, print, outdoors) to maintain consistency in branding.
• Work on creating and identifying new opportunities to generate content, engage thought leaders and increase awareness.
• Responsible for generating and managing PR relationships and manage associations with portals and influencers.
• Plan the messaging, aid in collateral creation, and promote the event through a multi-channel marketing strategy.
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
• Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
• Develop fresh content ideas and draft creative and engaging social media copies across different networks such as Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and implement strategies to increase Brand reach.

Must Have:

• MBA Marketing with 2-3 years of relevant experience in the IT Service industry.
• Self-motivated with a passion for content, brand, and digital marketing.
• Understanding of key metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
