Job Summary

Experience: 3 yrs+

Responsibilities:

  • Handling grievances of the clients and satisfying them in a convincing manner.
  • Keeps payment tracks & related follow-ups with Customer and Banker.
  • Client meetings at office or site.
  • Coordinate with all other depts. for the documentation, and routine daily activities
  • Preparation of project update and sharing the same with the existing clients, Sales & Marketing Team.
  • Raise the demand letters/reminders & cancellation refunds on time.
  • Coordination with the management/legal and banking team for registration and disbursements.
  • Handing over the possession to the clients.
  • Implementation and up-gradation of ERP software for CRM as and when required.

Location: Chennai

Experience Required :

Minimum 3 Years
