Experience: 5 to 10 years

Required skills:

• Hands-on experience in SQL databases.
• Hands-on experience on Windows platform with log analysis.
• Should have basic understanding of Active Directory.
• Knowledge of Monitoring tools such as ITRS Geneos.
• Hands-on experience on ServiceNow tool for Incident, Change, and group management.
• Basic Knowledge of PowerShell / Python scripting with analysis skills.
• IIS management and application Certificate installation.
• Exposure to DevOps or a basic understanding of the same would be an added advantage.
