Required Skills:

• Background in Sheet Metal Fabrication / Proprietary auto components manufacturing / Export oriented business
• Experience working in an International organization in the last 5 years in the Auto / Agricultures sector
• Experience in Welding, Machining, assembly processes, and knowledge of IATF requirements
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to handle and solve all Operations issues
• Expertise in Strategy planning, Operations, Techno-commercial areas
• Experience of implementation of Business excellence models, Inventory Management, Forecasting,
• Experience in customer management and establishing the right connection with all the stakeholders
• Experience in grooming and mentoring a diversified team and lead from the front
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of IATF / OHSAS, Kaizen / Poka Yoka etc.
• Excellent interpersonal skills are required to handle sensitive issues.
