Job Summary Experience: 3-5 years experience experience with real estate background Skills:

Preferred Skill Set & Knowledge of CMDA, DTCP rules related to special buildings.
Knowledge in MS Office, Internet Browsing. Exposure to Land Liasoning preferable.
Reviewing land proposals including visiting, surveying, negotiating with landowners, contacting brokers, reviewing newspaper ads for lands for sale/ joint development.
Liasoning with various departments like Revenue, CMDA, Corporation etc. for approvals.
Excellent knowledge of English and Tamil
