Required Skills:

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
• Experience working in an International organization in the last 5 years in the Auto / Agriculture sector
• Fluency in MS- Office, ERP Software knowledge, English
• Working knowledge on ERP in the manufacturing process
• Working in powder coating shop dealing with export-oriented business
• Knowledge of IATF requirements for Supply Chain
• Ability to mentor and coach the team and lead from the front
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
• Willingness to travel extensively both in India and abroad
