Experience: : 2 -3 years

• Knowledge of PF, Gratuity, and PT Act
• Experience with UAN, KYC
• Experience with Compliance Auditing
• Should have good communication, Coordinating Skills
• Basic knowledge of Computer and MS Office.

Experience: 3-5 years

Skills:

• Experience in Labour Law Compliance to handle client s compliance from client location
• Experience in Employment exchange, Shops & Establishment, Factories act, Bonus. etc
• Should be able to assist the client in framing policies and help them understand Labour Laws and the latest government notifications.
• Knowledge of state-specific statutory remittances like PT, LWF, ESIC remittance processes.
• Expertise in maintaining state-wise labor law, related registers, filing of returns, displays within TAT.
• Should be able to independently handle notices and Inspections from the Labour department andtake them to closure within TAT.
• Should have good communication, negotiation, and client-management skills
• Knowledge of G Suit tools will be an added advantage
