- Managing relationships and liaising with existing & new clients
- Increasing client base, sales & business development
- Having an in-depth knowledge of our services and value proposition
- Writing & making proposals & quotations
- Negotiating & closing client contracts
- Identifying and mapping customer's needs using our strengths
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
- Following industry trends locally and internationally
- Drafting and reviewing contracts
- Reporting & Researching on business areas and activities
- Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
- Identify sales leads, pitch and close clients.
- Communicating with prospects over calls/emails.
- Discovering and exploring new opportunities.
- Manage sales pipeline
