We are invested in both, employee growth and client success! Objectives of this role Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives. Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement. Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance. Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached. Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity. Responsibilities Nice Actimize Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization. Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the NICE Actimize organization. Creating and managing long-term goals for self and project teams. Developing a budget and operating plan for the program. Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement. Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives. Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives. Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives. Work with other program managers or project managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department or at organizational level. Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for direct manager and stakeholders. Dealing with executive leadership to provide statuses and reports through various interactions including presentations. Identify project priority conflicts and report any issues affecting overall project delivery. Coordinate with various groups in NICE across locations to ensure success of the Program. Work as a key interface point for business stakeholders, project teams and the GTC team to identify, discuss and resolve any issues related to delivery. Communicate program status to stake holders and executives. Plan for project contingencies and anticipate variations that may affect resources, successful implementation. Follow the company Code of Ethics, procedures always. Requirements Required skills and qualifications. Overall, minimum 8 - 12 years of IT Industry experience 8 or more years of experience in an upper-management role, preferably in program management 8 or more years of experience as project manager for external customers (BFSI) Computers / IT / Electronics Bachelor s or master s degree (or equivalent) in business administration or related field Strong working knowledge of Project Management Tools like MPP, JIRA, Confluence, Power BI etc. Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization Experience in managing stakeholders. Working knowledge of Banking and Finance Domain is the must. Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes Proactive and energetics to run the program /s independently (or with minimal support) PMP or Prince2 certification Proven experience managing several major projects involving diverse operations and technology groups. Strong problem-solving skills, Excellent English writing & speaking communication skills. Proven ability to negotiate and influence business decisions and directions. Excellent organizational, customer service and people skills Ability to meet deadlines.
