Job Summary Role: Sr Bench Sales Recruiter Location: Madhapur, Hyd / Visakhapatnam No of positions: Multiple Duties and Responsibilities: Review and understand profile to get suitable requirements. Has to find Suitable Requirements in all available Job boards . Format resumes meeting client expectations. Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualification. with Managers; interviewing candidates on consistent set of qualification. Negotiates rates with the vendors/clients. Follow up with vendors/clients for scheduling interviews and till to get the closure. Meet the target set by the management Skills Required : Good written and verbal communication skills Good Negotiation Skills Good Researching skills Proficient in using job board Desired Profile: Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis. Must be able to work independently in a fast-growing environment. Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills. Looking for Candidates who can join within a month or immediate. Willing to work as per US central timings/Night Shift.
