As a Team Lead Sales & Business Development, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building new product categories, and expanding Thrillophilia s business. You will work closely with the founders to identify high-potential opportunities and build long-term, scalable strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Category Development
Identify and build new product categories with long-term sustainability.
Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue.
Drive market expansion initiatives and enhance Thrillophilia s competitive edge.
Partnerships & Supplier Relations
Identify and negotiate with potential suppliers to build strong business relationships.
Manage existing supplier accounts, ensuring engagement and loyalty.
Oversee category assortment, modular planning, and pricing strategies.
Sales & Revenue Generation
Own end-to-end revenue responsibility for assigned categories.
Monitor financial planning, pricing strategies, and profitability of product lines.
Track and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 people, driving their performance and growth.
Provide overall direction, guidance, and strategic vision for the category team.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
What We re Looking For
3-8 years of experience in business development, category sales management, or related fields.
Experience in category management, financial planning, and retail operations.
Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of deal closures.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results.
Leadership experience in managing small teams and driving performance.
