Job Summary

Your responsibilities Responsible for effectively develop and convert business opportunities to contracts. Develop relationship with customers, key stakeholders in Fertiliser Industry in public sector & private sector clients. Sound technical knowledge in key Fertiliser processes. Knowledge in Green energy business will be added advantage. Gathering intelligence on customers, competitors, projects, business trends and markets. Collect and infer market intelligence to ascertain the target bid value and effectively guide the multi-disciplinary team involved in preparation of proposals. Analyze technical specifications, commercial & legal terms/ conditions, competitors and chances of project realisation and winning for organization. Co-ordination with multidisciplinary team (Technical, Commercial/ Legal), finalization of bid with stakeholders and ensure quality bid for customer. Understand the client's social, economic, geographical mind-set and the interrelations therein. Identify and align the influencers that may work positively for a prospective contract. Improvise systems and processes. Organize, store and retrieve information for effective working and reducing rework and time on data search.
