Piping Specification Engineer Job in Thyssenkrupp India Pvt. Ltd.

Your responsibilities Technical responsibilities: Must have thorough knowledge of Piping Design Codes and Standards as well as all ASTM / IS material standards. Responsible to prepare Piping Specification and ensure same is in conformity to Design codes / Licensor / Client specifications. Carry out wall thickness calculations, branch reinforcement calculations & external pressure calculations in conformity with design codes. Preparation of Piping Support Specification. Handling of Piping List including erection and commissioning data. Ensure proper compilation of Bill of Material for correctness and completeness. Prepare enquiry specifications for standard piping components and special parts. Technical bid analysis and technical recommendation for Piping items. Prepare technical order specification and vendor drawing approvals. Awareness of software handling Specifications & Bill of Material. Exposure to ERM and SP Materials will be preferred. Hands on experience on Excel.
