Job Summary

Preparation of the appropriate STAAD model and Analysis based on Equipment load data and Mechanical GA Drawings, and economical Design of Steel Structures.
Review of design calculations and drawings submitted by other outside consultants/vendors.
Complete quantity estimation work for Tender purposes etc.

Economical design of Transfer Towers, Conveyor Galleries including supporting Trestles, VGT structures etc. for Material Handling Projects, and also Boiler supporting Structures for Power Plants.
Should have thorough knowledge of Structural Steel Design both as per WSM and LSM. Should be able to efficiently model and analyze Structural Steel Frames/Towers independently with due consideration of DL, LL, WL and Seismic stipulations as per Indian/International Codes.
Estimation of structural steel and other relevant items for different CHP and other Bulk Material Handling Projects for Tendering purpose.
Thorough knowledge of detailing of Steel Structures and aptitude for checking of detailed fabrication drawings.

Qualification :
UG - B.Tech/B.E. Civil / StructuralPG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization

Experience Required :

3 to 15 Years
