Job Description We're seeking a Senior Visual Designer to lead UI design and create a design system from scratch. You'll shape our product's visual identity, create captivating interfaces, and ensure design consistency. Responsibilities: Create stunning visual design for enterprise web applications. Establish and maintain a design system. Convert wireframes into high fidelity prototypes adhering to the design system. Ensure visual consistency across the product ecosystem. Documentation of design decisions & style guides. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Provide guidance and support to other designers. Requirements: 4 to 7 Yrs of relevant experience. Any degree in design or relevant experience. Proven track record in UI design. Strong portfolio showcasing UI design and design system expertise. Proficient in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite). Understanding of user-centered design principles. Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills. Leadership qualities and mentoring experience.
