Job Description A strategic and hands on role, the Talent Acquisition Operations Lead for India and APJ will be a critical partner in our Talent Acquisition Operations team. This role is critical in executing our operational initiatives and will provide outstanding customer service to our customers, internal and external. You will partner with TA Leadership, business leaders, Human Resources leadership, and professionals around the globe to implement and drive key components of the insights strategy and enable the enterprise to make critical talent decisions based on insights generated through research & data. Roles and Responsibilities: Partner with leaders to deliver analytics, metrics, and industry standard methodologies to determine possible areas for improvement in the recruitment program; Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for the business and clients. Collect historical data for use in forecasting and leadership recommendations. Troubleshoot issues as they arise to identify and resolve system issues and problems. Maintain knowledge of the technology and systems and make recommendations on enhancements to continually improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the program. Be comfortable with the data and projects; running reports (some ad-hoc) will be at least a weekly task. Track goals, metrics, and performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicate status and results. Use multiple capabilities including technology, data, research and analytical insights to influence and drive enterprise talent strategies and recruiting attraction efforts. Contribute to the ideation, design, development and delivery of intelligence (analytics) products/services to enhance capability in making strategic talent decisions in a highly competitive recruitment environment. Apply your expertise in quantitative & qualitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers, identify trends and opportunities, and influence strategies with data-based insights. Act as a change agent and influencer, continuing to be on the top tier of analytical capabilities and bringing new knowledge and capabilities into the organization. Support the Recruiting experience and Operations team with the creation of and execution of recruiting programs, campaigns, outreach strategies, training and operational compliance programs. Partner with various teams within the broader HR and various businesses at the country & regional level to ensure all processes are aligned as per the Talent Acquisition Strategies. Enhance Candidate experience through process excellence. Partner closely with teams in driving process excellence to ensure consistent candidate and hiring manager experience. Drive efficiencies through operational focus Ensure utilization of key services and applications within the process through weekly reviews and messaging to team Take the lead on projects being run by the operations program team Including UAT, training, roll out communications etc. Lead Global Compliance Programs; Work closely with Legal and compliance teams to design regular audits and controls to ensure that all TA processes are in compliance with regulations. In addition, work closely with regional operational leads to ensure consistency in processes across GEOs. Partner with the teams to align compliance initiatives with D&I goals and best practices. Report out to TA leadership on state of the business for compliance. Work with IT teams to automate controls and reduce the manual reviews required, quarter over quarter.
