About the Team
Tide is scaling at an exciting pace, launching new products and entering new markets. As part of this growth, Talent Acquisition is a strategic priority. Our Talent Acquisition team is diverse and works across the UK, Central and Eastern Europe, and India.
As a Senior Talent Partner, you ll play a pivotal role in shaping Tide s talent landscape, owning the recruitment process from start to finish. You ll be responsible for balancing strategic talent planning with hands-on execution in an agile, fast-paced, and high-growth environment.

Role Overview
As a Senior Talent Partner, you will:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate functions and leadership roles across the organization, ensuring a seamless and inclusive experience for all candidates.
- Sourcing & Strategy: Design and execute sourcing strategies that attract top-tier talent from various channels (LinkedIn, professional communities, industry events, etc.).
- Candidate Evaluation: Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate capabilities, mitigate bias, and provide guidance to hiring managers on informed decision-making.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure accurate recruitment reporting. Use data to optimize hiring practices, assess trends, and adjust strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain trusted partnerships with hiring managers, aligning expectations and fostering collaboration in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment.
- Employer Branding: Champion Tide s employer brand by delivering outstanding experiences for candidates and internal stakeholders alike, ensuring alignment with Tide s mission to support SMEs globally.
- Continuous Improvement: Leverage insights from hiring metrics to optimize recruitment strategies and practices, and actively contribute to improving the candidate experience.
What We re Looking For
Experience & Track Record
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, ideally with both agency and in-house experience.
- Proven success in hiring for corporate or enablement roles in high-growth, fast-scaling organizations.
Sourcing & Recruiting Skills
- Expertise in sourcing talent across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, industry events, and professional communities.
- Ability to build, manage, and forecast robust recruitment pipelines.
Business Acumen & Stakeholder Management
- Strong understanding of the corporate talent landscape and ability to build effective partnerships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
- Experience navigating complex stakeholder relationships, balancing business needs, and influencing hiring decisions.
Data-Driven
- Proven ability to use data to influence and improve recruiting practices, leveraging insights from hiring metrics to drive decision-making.
Resilience & Adaptability
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities.
- Proactive and resilient, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
International Experience (Preferred)
- Experience in recruiting across international markets, particularly in the UK and Europe, is a strong advantage.
