Job Summary
- Must have experience in fillingIT-related positionslike Web Developer (WordPress, Laravel, etc.), Android Developer, React Native Developer, UI/UX Designer, SEO Executive, etc. within the organization.
- Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization.
- Developing her own network of suitable candidates.
- Executing recruitment plans efficiently and effectively.
- Drafting and posting job descriptions.
- Interviewing candidates.
- Exit interviews.
- Networking with various institutions and social media for recruitment purposes.
- Payroll management.
- Team management and communication.
- Grievance handling.
- Event management.
- Performance management.
- Must know how to draft formal emails addressed to employees as well as higher officials.
- Must have a bachelor's degree in management (MBA preferred).
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in HR.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent record keeping.
