Job Summary

Responsibilities Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. Performing requirements analysis. Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts. Good experience in Documentation such as detailed BRD, SOW, SRS, FRD, Customer journey, and creating wireframes (XD) Knowledge of UML Diagrams and Data Flow diagrams Managing documents in PMI standard Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff. Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. Performing user acceptance testing. Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements. Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users. Skill and qualification requirements A bachelor s degree in Engineering or Computer Science or a related field and preferably an MBA. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field. Added advantage if the candidate has experience in web applications and Mobile applications Hands-on experience in writing user stories and backlogs of client requirements in agile methodology Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail Highly self-motivated and directed Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure Strong customer service orientation Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. Advanced technical skills. Excellent documentation skills. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. A track record of following through on commitments. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. Experience leading and developing top-performing teams. A history of leading and supporting successful projects
