Job Summary

Responsibilities: Design and update job descriptions for IT & Creative sector positions Source potential candidates from online channels such as social media, professional platforms, and job boards Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates Screen incoming resumes and applications Conduct interviews (via phone, video, and in-person) Prepare and distribute assignments and tests Advertise job openings on the company s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits Monitor HR metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard Requirements and Skills: 3+ years of work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, with a proven track record of hiring for the IT & Creative sector Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases Strong experience with sourcing techniques and referral programs Excellent verbal and written communication skills Sound judgment and decision-making skills Strong attention to detail Proficient in MS Office Master s degree in Human Resources or related field As a Recruitment Specialist, you will have a critical role in our company s growth by finding and hiring exceptional talent for our IT & Creative sector positions.
