As a Case Assembly PED Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the assembly process of our watch cases, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the assembly process of watch cases, including monitoring and maintaining production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality control, to ensure smooth and efficient production processes - Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all watch cases meet our strict quality standards - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the assembly process - Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste - Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff on assembly processes and procedures - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in watch case assembly techniques and technologies Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in watch case assembly or a similar role - Strong knowledge of assembly processes and techniques, particularly in the watch industry - Experience with quality control and assurance processes - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed If you are a highly motivated and skilled engineer with a passion for watches and wearables, we want to hear from you!
