Job Summary
  • To drive adoption of Service sales approach on the Orphan customer.
  • To ensure the differentiated and segmented approach to various campaigns
  • To manage attrition of the front-line sales force and limited availability of quality talent.
  • To ensure the maintenance of relationships with Orphan customers.
  • Up-sell to customers assigned through various campaigns.
  • Ensure Renewal collection and AUM conservation of the assigned base
  • Allocate leads to the team members as per targets decided.
  • Periodically monitor and review performance on the assigned topline and health parameters
  • Handhold and guide them on the sales process, lead conversion, and closure of the sale
  • Aggressively downloading all the RnR activities run by the organization.
  • Executes smooth functions of the sales and other processes in order to maximize business potential.
  • Ensure relevant people are in the right place at the right time in order to maximise the productivity
  • Execute the right method of business acquisition in order to get a profitable mix for the organization
  • To ensure recruitment of team in a time-based manner.
  • To manage attrition within the specified limits.
  • Ensure continuous on-the-job training and skill enhancement of team members.
