Job Summary

Job Description: At Toll Technology Centre (TTC), we are hiring Low Code Solution Architect. As a Low Code Solution Architect reporting into the Digital Engagement Partner, you will work very closely with the Digital Engagement Partner to evaluate business requirements and implement Enterprise Automations across Toll s Divisions using the Low Code platform, always complying to Toll s Architecture and Security principles and best practices. As a Low Code Solution Architect, your responsibilities will include: This role involves close collaboration with the Digital Engagement Partner in identifying, prioritizing, and concluding on the feasibility of new business initiatives as relevant for Low Code. Recognizing business opportunities where the Low Code platform can aid the goals and needs of the business. Ability to advise on where and how best to apply Low Code, including advising on where Low Code is NOT the best solution considering business challenges as well as bottlenecks. Consultatively assist business stakeholders interpreting their requirements and turning them into Applications in a quick iterative fashion, with tight cycles of analysis, implementation, feedback and refinement. Be the subject matter expert on all thing s Low Code with end to end capability and technical understanding of Toll s enterprise Low Code platform. Drive the adoption of the Mendix App Factory to log and capture ideas, prioritise them w.r.t costs vs benefits and effectively help to prioritise implementation opportunities with the highest tangible and intangible value Explaining the behaviour, characteristics, structure, and other aspects of the Low Code solutions to stakeholders. Creating platform architecture specifications according to which the Low Code solution is managed and delivered by the team. Ensuring compliance and timely submission to Architecture Security Review Board including alignment with other Enterprise and Domain Architects. Establishing the Low Code capability across Toll s Divisions including advising and coaching on best practices and helping in scaling our Citizen Developer program making it an enterprise-wide success Provide technical mentoring and guidance to the build & operations support teams. Work with the Development team to promote the implementation of reusable components. Accountable for the implementation of the architecture standards for all Low Code projects. Ensure effective communication with and management of stakeholders across Toll s Business Divisions and the IT department on the overall value generated by Low Code applications catering to Business Initiatives. Interact with Business Divisions, Product Owners, Project Managers, Scrum Master, Developers, support teams and other cross-functional teams and SI partners. Work with the broader IA COE team to ensure agreed commitments are delivered. Manage strategic vendors and partners where required ensuring compliance to Toll s Architecture & Security standards. Work closely with the onshore and offshore support teams within Toll IT.
