Senior Warehouse Person Job in Toll Group

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Senior Warehouse Person to join our team in Uthukottai. As the Senior Warehouse Person, you will: To prepare Delivery Challan,Maintain Housekeeping Records,Maintain Fire Extinguisher Records,Maintain Pest control Register Maintain SRM register (sale return management),Maintain Training register (records with attendance),Maintain Warehouse KPI Daily Operations Review (DOR) / Measures,5S - practice/implementation,Display & educate OPL (One Point Lesson) Standard Routine work related to order processing, inbound management & Inventory management. Stock Audit File Preparation, Loose pieces invoicing - fortnightly - Monthly external stock audits Accounting (Returns/Refusals) (Site Return Management). Block/unblock request based on nature of goods received, WOP Request (Write off proposal for bad goods ie., expired & damaged),nStar Invoice generation (internal APP for BCP). To be successful in this role, you will need: 3-5 years of experience in the FMCG industry Should have worked in the food industry. Good experience in SAP - Sales Order Management, inventory management Have worked on Excel, MS Excel report.Good communication skills - Tamil and Hindi POD Collection from transporter spl care on Modern Trade POD in Invoice copies,Vendor Score Card, Restricted & Block stock daily count & reporting with photos Batch Traceability exerciseData logger reporting / Choc room temperature log maintenance.Handling Secondary OTR.
