Job Summary
- Lead all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery including application UI configuration, service discovery and CMDB, workflow configuration, development of required reporting, development of requirement integration components
- Be a key member of the overall implementation project team.
- Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables that are technology related.
- Mentor field resources in implementation methodology, configuration, and best practices for the ITOM application suite.
- Be the interface into ServiceNow for technical and vendor interactions
- Work in conjunction with Program Managers to assist with technical program level activities
- Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences
- Lead/design the implementation of ITIL Process into ServiceNow platform
