Job Summary

What you'll do Support and maintain our technical infrastructure, incl. the Zendesk backend and our own custom proxy server in Azure (deployment and maintenance) Improve Self-Service for our customer through backend integrations between our Zendesk platform, the integrated chatbot and TomTom s backend systems and services utilizing our Azure instance Support and share knowledge with other developers within the team to help them grow and take ownership of our Azure infrastructure. Develop customisation specifications and create online reference documentation Optimize back-end experiences Assist in analyzing client process improvement through needs analysis and recommending new business models, workflows, or innovative solutions that leverage Zendesk out of the box features Support end-users, 3rd party inter-departmental engineers and system administrators What you ll need Patterns/Frameworks, and Zendesk integration points with external or third-party products 3+ years Experience with Cloud Hosting services like Azure or AWS 3+ years experience implementing technologies, experience using, REST APIs, SQL, Python Good knowledge of JavaScript, React JS, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, Java, Ruby, Node.js Good knowledge of security concepts like role-based access control, API protection and API data security Participate and lead by experience in overall AGILE planning, effort estimation, and resource scheduling Be willing to work flexible hours, as needed, to hit project deadlines or address production issues Experience in integrating external, 3rd party APIs with Zendesk preferred Experience with mentoring and supporting junior colleagues Experience with creating technical documentation
