Job Summary

We are looking to hire an HR Executive with a Recruitment Experience. This person can be fresh from college or experience in passive hiring through social networks and Groups.

Shift:Afternoon Shift from 1 PM to 10 PM

Responsibilities and Duties

Job Duties:

1) General HR Administration

2) Employee Relationship Management

3) Reaching prospective candidates on Social Media and Pitching job/Partnership opportunity

4) Well versed with Social Media Recruitment or ready to learn.

5) Scheduling meetings and interviews with the leadership team

6) Coordinating interviews and meetings with the leadership team and prospective candidates

7) Employee onboarding

8) Ready to listen and implement processes

9) Must be self-learner

Qualifications and Skills

Post Graduation in HR administration.

Good English speaking / verbal is a must.

Able to make calls and schedule interviews

Job Type:Full-time,Freshers

Salary:?2,40,000 to ?3,60,000 / Year CTC
