The expertise of Ad platforms like Facebook/Instagram, Google, etc

Expertise in executing all types of ad campaigns i.e. conversion, shopping, search, display e.t.c

Experience, expertise, and know-how of marketing avenues like affiliate, influencer, marketplaces e.t.c.

Experience with building organic traffic & content marketing

Growth Hacking experience.

Expertise with funnel ideation, creation, optimization.

Experience in handling Marketing budgets and allocation & managing CAC managing overall P&L.

Team building and leadership skills

Responsibilities:-

A comprehensive understanding of Facebook's Advertising Policies is a MUST (without it you won't be considered)

Check the consistency of Facebook Ad Copy tone and language vis-a-vis Landing Page Copy and vice-versa

Creating Facebook Business Ad Accounts

Writing Copy for Facebook Ads (Good to have)

Creating some graphics for Facebook Ads (Good to have)

Generating leads and sales using Facebook Ads a MUST

Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.

Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.

Create and implement A/B Split Test of Facebook Ad Copies

Daily monitoring of results and improving ads

Reporting of results of Facebook Campaigns

Well-versed in identifying and creating Facebook Audience that matches the client's customer avatar requirements

Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns.

Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports

Ability to conduct competitive market research using available marketing apps (like Social Insider -- highly desirable, but not required)

Skill Sets- (facebook)

Comprehensive understanding of Facebook's Advertising Policies is a MUST (without it you won't be considered)

Experience with personal development products a plus

BA/BS or equivalent working experience

Knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google Ad Words), retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Interest, and more)

Some experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results

Ability to do some graphic design work
