Job Summary
- To handle walk-ins and telephonic inquiries at Branch.
- Promotional activities for awareness of TOPS courses and ensuring successful completion of Enquiry to Admission.
- Scheduling the batches for various courses offered by TOPS.
- To coordinate with students and handling queries and ensuring Client satisfaction.
- To manage timely Branchs Cash and cheque deposits.
- Branch Co-ordination & Motivating Branch Staff for quarterly/ yearly targets Achievement.
- To manage all branch related reports and operations.
- Ensuring maintaining & tracking inquiry/business related reports.
