Job Summary

Calling all debtors for payment and reviewing all credit files for proper documentation and monitoring.
Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call.
Responding to telephone inquiries using standard scripts and procedures.
Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
Update account status and database regularly.
Working knowledge of MS Office and databases.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence.
Achieving target set for collection.

Salary : 1.60 to 1.80 LPA
Qualification :
B.Com

Experience Required :

2 to 3 Years
