Google Cloud - Data Engineers Job in Torry Harris Business Solutions Pvt Ltd

We are looking for candidates with experience in Datawarehousing Business Intelligence domain having exposure to Cloud Technologies especially GCP. The requirement is for the candidates to be able to independently work on and assist in Cloud Migration projects across the organisation wherein on-premise applications would be migrated onto Google Cloud platform. Work as an individual contributor in managing communications with client and also independently drive and deliver application modules.

GCP Certified Data Engineer would be preferable.

• Familiarity and exposure to Google Cloud Platform and Cloud Native Technologies in Analytics space
• Sound expertise in Google Cloud Storage, using GSUtil, Cloud DataFlow, BigQuery, Cloud Composer, Cloud DataProc, VPC, Terraform, Stackdriver, Security Centre
• Sound knowledge about Apache Beam architecture,templates and its implementation
• Sound knowledge of terraform and its implementation
• Experience and good proficiency with at least one of the programming langauges- Python/Scala
• Good understanding of Data and Business Intelligence Datawarehousing concepts
• Knowledge and understanding of Data and pipeline Integration concepts
• Develop analytical functionality and complex transformation that will be finally deployed in production data-platforms
• Hands-on experience in troubleshosting, optimizing and enhancing cloud native applications
• Strong understanding of data-migration activities and proven expertise in handling data-migration and data-pipelines
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
• Familiarity with Oracle Database
• Familiarity and exposure to some reporting tool, preferably QlikSense
• Exposure to Telecom domain would be preferable but not mandatory
• Some familiarty with Jupyter/AI notebooks would be preferable but not mandatory
