Job Summary Job Description :

This role s main platform concerns are Windows, Citrix and AD
Support project delivery and assist with the design and deployment of these.
To mentor and coach other grades within the team on technical and system related processes.
Provides sound technical expertise to consult on significant component(s) of a technical solution within a specific domain or cross domain

Role :

Own issues with technical delivery and platforms, fix diagnose and repair it
Be responsible for a queue of tickets through to a platforms team, identify fixes and plan to implement within a structured change environment
Liaising with other functions Support teams like Access Management and Security and with employees directly on security matters, resetting passwords, changing roles etc.
Actively monitoring resolution in line with the agreed SLA escalating within the relevant technical areas in line with agreed processes.
Maintain a working knowledge and practical application of industry standards and guidance such as those required by ISO 27001, CESG (CAS-T) and PCI
Highlight and expose areas of concern/risk with design and delivery of projects
Maintain and update the AD s we own to an industry standard and demonstration
Developing and maintaining relevant service and product knowledge
Developing and documenting procedures and guidelines
Provides technical quality assurance over work of other engineers through matrix team structure
Identifies opportunities to improve standards of practice within a project, continuously enhancing ways of working
Delivers resolutions to problems that tend to be complex, cross-domain or of high impact to customers
Creates and implements technical solutions for a domain or cross domains / portfolios of work within a specific technology area autonomously, understanding how solutions impact systems internally and/or externally and assessing impact of change
