Position Title: Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive / Assistant Area Manager Inside Sales

Location: New Delhi

Reports To: Deputy Regional Manager (DRM) / Regional Manager (RM)

Experience Required:

  • 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in inside sales, lead generation, or tele-sales roles

Educational Qualifications:

  • Minimum: Any Graduate
  • Preferred: Degree/Diploma in Electronics or Instrumentation OR B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Science

Role Overview:

The Inside Sales Executive will play a crucial role in lead generation, qualification, and funnel development through telephonic outreach and campaign follow-ups. This position involves close collaboration with the marketing and sales teams to maximize customer engagement and contribute directly to sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Qualification: Make first contact with incoming leads via phone to gather information on customer requirements and introduce the company s product portfolio
  • Campaign Follow-Up: Connect with prospects from targeted customer lists shared for specific sales or marketing campaigns; confirm receipt of information and assess interest or further needs
  • Email Campaign Engagement: Follow up with customers who have engaged with product or application email blasts, offering further details and facilitating in-person sales visits if needed
  • Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential customers via telephone to build and expand the sales funnel; conduct field visits when necessary to qualify or validate leads
  • Target Achievement: Responsible for meeting inside sales targets, with performance evaluated based on qualified lead/funnel generation
  • Customer Enquiry Management: Handle and respond to customer enquiries effectively
  • Enquiry Validation & Analysis: Validate and assess leads using SWOT analysis to determine their potential for conversion

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
