We are seeking a qualified solution specialist to help keep our revenue engine running through their own skills and talent. Our ideal solution specialist has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. We re seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others. The role demands a Do-er with a sharp mind and the ability to be selfmotivated with highenergy levels and maintain a high-performance sales ecosystem.


Objectives of this Role

  • Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
  • Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them
  • Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
  • Continuously develop personal skills while ensuring the team / colleagues is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
  • Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships
  • Responsible for payment collections and closures of the same
  • Create and execute a list of prospects to reach and set up meetings
  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
  • Track, analyse, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
  • Ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins, reports and other reports for the day and monitor progress regularly
  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes
  • Ensure all the daily, weekly, monthly reports are filled and maintained as required
  • Ensuring the collections in time as per the contract
Requirements

Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role

  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learning speed and a passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
