Job Summary

Job Description This is a problem solving role suitable for candidates with Tech background and has an inclination towards solving business problems We are looking for a motivated and self-driven individual to join the Finance Team in a leadership role. You are expected to setup business processes/improve existing processes and are willing to scale as leaders and strategic thinkers Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and lead processes in finance department Streamline existing business processes - Build visibility MIS Design new processes based on business goals Work with different teams towards achieving the business objectives. 2. Design blueprint Design Building Blocks for the Department. Seek input from peers and get Senior Management onboard. Draft plan for operational teams and resources required Convert building blocks into a long list of actionable projects. Prioritize projects based on impact & delivery 3. Implement Build required processes with focus on accuracy, efficiency and scalability. Try to automate as much as possible Define and set up KPIs to monitor the health of the project Ensure training of personnel involved and identify specific/periodic training programs if need be. Solve queries raised by the team. If similar queries are raised frequently, incorporate in the implementation guidelines and train the team 4. Monitor the growth and health of your Departments Define and set up KPIs to monitor the health of the departments Set up a monitoring protocol and design MIS reports Escalate in case of any non-compliance to set guidelines, quality issues etc. Identify New Projects from Department MIS and reviews. Modify blueprint and processes related to it which may lead to better outcome Requirements Top-notch academics from a Tier 1 college 3 years + work experience in Problem solving roles (business strategy, consulting etc) Strong team player. Keen interest in mentoring and grooming team members, can work cross department A go-getter. High intent of getting things done. Strive for excellence. Strong commitment to improve things every day.
