Job Description Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer Science or Software Engineering. A minimum of 12+ years experience in software design in the field of avionics or military products using development process and designing to quality standards (such as RTCA/DO-254, DO-160, DO-178C, MIL-STD-810 or MIL-STD-461). A minimum of 5 years experience in project management in the field of avionics or military products. Demonstrated success in the execution and leadership of complex projects requiring cost and schedule performance management and risk management. Demonstrated understanding of requirements management for the development of hardware and/or software systems. Knowledge of the relevant functional TSO compliances. Working knowledge of FAA TSO, FARs, AC and STC regulations and procedures. Certification FAR PART 23/25 related experience an advantage.
