Salesforce Developer Job in Transfunnel Consulting

Responsibilities:

Must be familiar with both the declarative and programmatic capabilities of Salesforce.com, experienced with Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components, and the Salesforce API suite

Multiple Salesforce certifications and a minimum of 5+ years experience with Salesforce, highly preferred

Possess creativity, strong frontend skills, and impeccable attention to detail

Ability to work autonomously, and maintain a very high quality of work while adhering to the company's best practices for working with data

Strong, dynamic communication skills - both written & verbal - with ability to work cross-functionally and speak to members at any level of an organization (both client & prospect)

Detail-oriented, enthusiastic, self-starter with ability to work both independently and in a team environment- ability to manage a delivery team is a must!

Positive minded, solutions-oriented approach and outlook is critical

Experience managing & delivering multiple projects at the same time, in a fast-paced environment

Past leadership experience successfully managing a team of developers, highly preferred

Ability to keep and log time on daily basis for client and project reporting needs

Requirements

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (IT qualification)

5+ years of experience with Salesforce.com and as a Salesforce.com developer

Knowledge/skills in Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce AppExchange, Apex, SFDC.com

Professional Attribute

Must have Good Communication skill /Capable of Client facing

Good to have Handled Team of junior Developers

Ability to work independently
