Business process outsourcing(BPO) is the practice of contracting a specificworkprocess or processes to an external service provider. The services can include payroll, accounting, telemarketing, data recording, social media marketing, customer support, and more.
TheBPOtrainees are supposed to monitor many tasks and theworkin the back office which includes helping customers or clients with billing or purchasing or if the customer wishes to create an account for any product and much more.
Training provided before job
Transorze shall provide training in Typing practice, Office tools, Communicative English, Office Management, Customer care service, Voice / Non-Voice process, Soft skills and more.
