Job Summary
Accountabilities 1 Independently handling casting of segments at pre casting yard. 2 Ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, or other governmental norms. 3 Supervise the pre casting yard activities and production job 4 Involved in preparation of mould for concreting, demould, curing and stacking 5 Monitor & dispatch precast segments at job sites 6 Responsible for co-ordination with Planning Engineer, Project In charge, Sub Contractors. 7 Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects. . Required Competencies: 1 Experience in casting of segments is mandatory 2 Knowledge of pre cast concrete elements 3 Sound knowledge in concrete technologies 4 Familiarity of working with concrete mixtures, various curing systems and demoulding 5 Excellent analytical skills and positive attitude towards work
