• Experience in designing & developing mature and scalable web applications and REST APIs using Java
• Experience developing code using reactive programming in Java
• Experience developing, hosting, maintaining and scaling microservices on Kubernetes
• Deep understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns, Design Patterns, and SOLID design principles
• Experience with measuring performance, identifying bottlenecks, and debugging, and fixing performance bottlenecks
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL Databases
• Experience with UML such as sequence diagrams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving and interpersonal skills
