Requirements

_x009d_ 5+ years of work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role

_x009d_ Implementing integrations requested by customers

_x009d_ Deploying updates and fixes

_x009d_ Providing Level 2 technical support

_x009d_ Good knowledge of Ruby or Python

_x009d_ Working knowledge of databases and SQL

_x009d_ Problem-solving attitude

_x009d_ Team spirit

_x009d_ Experience in containerized application development

_x009d_ Good exp in managing databases and fine tuning to performance

Responsibilities

_x008f_ Implement integrations requested by customers

_x008f_ Deploy updates and fixes

_x008f_ Provide Level 2 technical support

_x008f_ Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience

_x008f_ Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems

_x008f_ Perform root cause analysis for production errors

_x008f_ Investigate and resolve technical issues

_x008f_ Develop scripts to automate visualization

_x008f_ Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
