Experience: 3+ years

Being hired to handle office IT hardware /software/network related technical support requirements.
Skill Required:
Technical Skill:
MCSE, Linux, Application Troubleshooting, IT Hardware/Software , Basic Networking.
Soft Skill: Self-driven and innovative
Job Description:

  • Well versed with Desktop & Laptop Hardware.
  • Operating System Installation (Windows/Linux). Troubleshoot in Windows and Linux (Add-on).
  • Other software applications troubleshoot like antivirus, Tally, etc,
  • Installation & Troubleshooting: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware issues or other network and system problems.
  • Experience in outlook configuration, outlook backup and restore, office 365, One drive, Gmail.
  • Experience in Printer configuration & troubleshooting.
  • Experience of Router configuration, Access points configuration. Knowledge of IP/Subnets, OSI Model, Switch and Hub. Firewall knowledge will be preferred.
  • Knowledge of Zoom conferencing, local intercom and CCTV and related basic troubleshooting.
  • Ability to resolve calls of remote users on phone or through remote control of user system.
  • Maintain the issues register (Details of Electronic items given to Users).
  • Good interpersonal skills.
